Memorabilia from Banksy’s 2015 summer exhibition Dismaland are to under the hammer at an auction later this month.

East Bristol Auctions will be hosting the sale on April 28. The collection of Banksy and Dismaland memorabilia and artwork is going on sale by a vendor who wishes to remain anonymous.

“It’s a real ‘snapshot’ collection,” said auctioneer Andrew Stowe. “There’s everything from a giftshop bracelet to a piece of ‘free’ hidden art by Banksy himself.”

Dismaland opened in August 2015 and closed a month later. It was the first time that Banksy exhibited alongside other street artists, including Darren Cullen, Gu and James Cauty. East Bristol’s sale features original artwork from all artists – all collected personally by the vendor, sometimes directly from the artists themselves.
